My garlic is famous for containing all the properties of fresh garlic but without the after smell, hence the name! It takes two months to perfect this using my secret recipe. Ideal for salads, stuffing, roast vegetables and nicking into the skin of meat prior to cooking. All these ideas are very good but most people eat it like sweets. It is brilliant for breaking the ice at dinner parties and an always be an excuse for a quick snog!
